“What is with the hose part? I love the vacuum!!! It is amazing!! Best vacuum I have ever owned!! But the hose is such a pain to use! It’s so hard to pull the tube out all the way so you can clean a spot you can’t reach. Am o doing it wrong?”

Theres a button where you can detach the hard plastic part of the wand. Check the manual. The atrachment hose and attachments are one if this vacuums best features.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine is also very stiff. I find that if you hold the hose further back with one hand, and then hold and maneuver with tool attached to it with the other hand it’s easier. I hope it loosens up though.
