• Hi, this is Summer with Dyson. The Dyson Ball Animal 3 comes with a washable pre-filter and post HEPA filter. Both filters will need to be washed once a month to ensure proper maintenance. Best wishes, Summer Dyson Customer Support

• I think it has only one but you definitely don’t have to clean it after every use. I clean mine about once a month and haven’t had a problem!
