• Hello, this is Kelly with Dyson. If you do have a clog in the hose of your Ball Animal 3, the hose disconnects easily from the main portion of the vacuum as well as the wand, so you can easily remove any type of blockage. Best wishes, Kelly Dyson Customer Support
