“I purchased this vacuum two years ago and was pleased with how it easily went from vacuuming my hardwood to vacuuming my 30 year old carpet. However, I just purchased new carpet and new Karastan rugs and the vacuum will not budge. What do you recommend.”

If you're finding that your Ball Multi Floor 2 is hard to push on new carpeting, it can be due to the carpeting being too thick or plush, and the suction forming a tight seal with the flooring underneath.
