“I have an older dyson ball and we just got new carpeting that's really thick the old dyson will not work on it it's to hard to push. I bought a hoover windtunnel with height adj. but sent it back it didn't work either. Will the multi floor model. work?”

You will have the same problem on the Dyson you have with the Hoover windtunnel. works well on tile or short nap carpet--dreadful to use on longer, thicker carpet. Bought the Dyson and had to return. Still looking for a vacuum to handle my new carpet
