QuestionHello, when I try to move the upright portion to a semi-horizontal position for vacuuming, I just force it. Same when I put it back up. Am I missing something? It feels forced to force it and I feel it may break. Thank you.

- Answer DE (diatomacious earth) is an abrasive. It not recommended to use Dyson Ball Multi Floor Bagless Upright Vacuum to clean it up. That a job best done with a shop vac.

- Answer Hi. It's Vince with Dyson. The DC50 and DC65 were recently renamed to the Dyson Ball Compact and Dyson Ball Animal. The DC50 or Ball Compact is ultra light weight machine for smaller homes, while the DC65 or Ball Multi-Floor/Animal is a full sized machine that provides more suction strength.
