I don’t have a problem. It works on all dog Hair No Problem.

The Cinetic Big Ball Animal+Allergy upright machine doesn't have an automatic detangler function, but the direct-drive brushbar is designed to delve deep into carpet fibers to grab ground-in debris and hair. Removing hair from the brushbar is apart of the routine maintenance as outlined in the user manual. Hope this helps! Miella Dyson Customer Support
