“lifetime filter confused. A Dyson sales rep on phone said filter needs to be changed every 4 years but no filters available for this cinetic and thought never needed changing. Also Dyson just came out with new technology upright, which is better.”

We have filters In the ball and they are filthy. I also purchased this vacuum thinking it would not have issues with filter replacements. As you can see the window are is filthy

In the off chance that it does ever need replacing (filter gets wet, damaged, etc), however, it can be purchased from the Dyson website. Best wishes, Kelly Dyson Customer Support
