“lifetime filter confused. A Dyson sales rep on phone said filter needs to be changed every 4 years but no filters available for this cinetic and thought never needed changing. Also Dyson just came out with new technology upright, which is better.”

• We have filters In the ball and they are filthy. I also purchased this vacuum thinking it would not have issues with filter replacements. As you can see the window are is filthy

• Hi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. You should not ever need to change the filter in your Cinetic Big Ball Animal + Allergy. In the off chance that it does ever need replacing (filter gets wet, damaged, etc), however, it can be purchased from the Dyson website. Best wishes, Kelly Dyson Customer Support
