QuestionHow do you take this apart to clean the dirt container? Also my filters need cleaned I cannot figure out how to disassemble it to clean all the parts. Please help.

- Answer when you open to let out waste, red button with arrow, push and whole container comes off, run under faucet, dry. Filter just turns off, run under. Water 24 hours to dry.

- Answer It depends what setting you have it on. If you have it on max power it will go about an hour before needing a charge.

- Answer Yes, the charger is included with the purchase. We mounted ours on the wall leading to our basement and it is always charged and handy.

- Answer I don't think so. The connector changed. My V8 came with the soft roller brush and it works on the V10.

- Answer Maybe you are letting the trash canister being filled pass the max fill line? Try emptying the vacuum @3/4 full. Hope this helps. I never had this problem with my V10 animal!

- Answer Hi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. All of our vacuums feature a cyclone which sits inside of the clear dust bin. The 2-tier Radial cyclone in the V10 generates a force of more that 79,000g, the vacuum collects dirt, pollen, and bacteria into the bin. - Answer Hi Deb, this is Kelly with Dyson. Both the Cyclone V10 Animal and V10 Animal Pro will offer the same run time (up to one hour), and the same suction power. The main differences will be the cleaner head and tools that are included in the box.The Animal comes with the mini motorhead, mini soft dusting brush, combination tool and the crevice tool. It also features the torque drive cleaner head, which has a suction control slider at the front, allowing you more control when vacuuming thicker floor coverings or even larger debris. The Animal Pro includes the mini motorhead, mini soft dusting brush, combination and crevice tools, plus the stubborn dirt brush, up top tool, flexi crevice tool and a wide nozzle tool. The Animal Pro's cleaner head is our direct-drive motorhead. If you have thicker or more plush carpeting in your home, our recommendation would be the Animal over the Animal Pro model.
