• Hello Debbie, this is Kelly with Dyson. In the max setting, the DP04's noise level is 42.3 dBa. The max noise level for the HP04 is 62 dBa. The lower settings will have less noise that the levels listed above. Best wishes, Kelly Dyson Customer Support
