• Hi Sam, this is Kelly with Dyson. The noise level of the Dyson Pure Hot + Cool depends on which mode you are using it in. The max sound level, whilst using in focused heater mode is 50 dBa, and the max sound level in focused fan mode is 63 dBa. Best wishes, Kelly Dyson Customer Support

• Pretty quiet in my book. I use it in an office & I am on the phone a lot. The unit does not deter from staying focused & my oscillating option does not blow air right in to my headset.
