“I just purchased the HP01 Pure Hot and Cool. Does the air purification and rotation stop when you use the heat or cooling? Currently, when I turn on the heat, it does not rotate and I am not able to control the purification levels”

I had same issue when I swapped to heat. You need to turn the temp up til the heat actually comes on and then it will start back oscillating.

Air will be drawn in through the bottom of the machine, purified as it passs through the filter, and that air is then expelled into your room through the aperture.
