- Answer Never had that problem. One of ours has ran practically 24 a day for two years. Never a problem of overheating or anything else, for that matter.

- Answer Hey there, this is Kelly with Dyson. HP01 will draw more power when using it in heat mode, then cool mode. QuestionWould this hot/cold purifier heat a 3 seasons porch with no other heat source?

- Answer Hi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. You can use this on a porch, as long as the Dyson is not exposed to any water or other weather elements. If the porch is open, or screened-in, you wouldn't get the benefit of the air purification. The unit won't cool like an AC unit, as it's just a fan that does not have any Freon. Using your remote control, you can press your power button to turn the unit on; the temperature select button will allow you to set your target room temperature, and the airflow select button would let you choose from 10 airflow speeds.
