Hello Sig, this is Kelly with Dyson. The HP02 and HP04 have different filters. The sku for the HP02 filter is 968125-03, and this machine's filter is only one piece. The sku for the HP04 filter is 969048-01, and this filter is two pieces; the HEPA outer filter and the inner charcoal. Best wishes, Kelly Dyson Customer Support
