Hello Muran, this is Kelly with Dyson. Dyson products are designed specifically for the countries in which they are made for and sold in, and machines manufactured for the United States are designed solely for 110-120v electricity. It is because of this fact that we are unable to have the machine converted to meet the specific country electrical code and laws. In order to use the machine in a different country a power converter would be needed. However, we do not recommend using a converter, as the unit will not perform at the normal expected life of a Dyson product. Please be aware that use of your machine outside of the country which it was purchased may void your warranty. Best wishes, Kelly Dyson Customer Support
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Many countries use 220 voltage so you'll have to use an adapter that converts the power from 220 to 110. Make sure you purchase the right adapter because the recepticals are different in many countries. So you'll have to check the box to make sure the adapter works in the EU or the UK or whichever country you're going to that uses 220.
