• can't schedule and can't control heat via phone. its a safety feature so you don't burn your house down

• Hello FrancesH, This is Miella from Dyson. In compliance with the federal UL1278 regulation, the Dyson HP04's heat function cannot be controlled by the app. It can, however, be manually controlled by the remote. Hope this helps! Miella Dyson Customer Support
