Top to bottom. Dyson is very consumer oriented and will repair or replace and provide free shipping to its main repair facility or guide you to local repair facilities. Excellent company.

The free Dyson guarantee will cover your unit for a period of 2-years from the original date of purchase, and covers the machine for both parts and labor for manufacturer defects, when used for private household purposes in accordance with the owner manual.
