We keep the dyson humidifier at 40% and haven’t had to change it for 2 weeks... is something wrong with it?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It slowly uses the water depending on what level of humidity you want. We just refill with some large cups every night from a purified tap. You could also just fill when low by taking the tank to you water source. Just be careful as it can get a bit clunky when full. The unit comes with 3 cleaning packs and will notify you when it is ready to be cleaned.

The efficient water management system and a 5-liter water tank gives you continuous humidification, without daily refilling. Best wishes, Kelly Dyson Customer Support
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You only change the water when it runs out. It obviously runs out depending how much you use the humidifier. But to give you an idea I can tell you how much I use it for so you have an idea. I run it nightly in my bedroom and have to refill it every 3-4 nights. The process couldn’t be easier and drip free. The machine doesn’t require any special water despite someone who might have hard water.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I’ve been running mine for 48 hours straight and the water tank is 1/4 full. The tank is VERY easy to fill. You only have to change the water when you run out. And even then, you don’t have to because it can work independently as a fan or humidifier. So if it ran out of water, it would just function like a fan.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. When you first use the Dyson you may need to refill the tank daily. After that, I've only had to refill it once a week. The Dyson tells you when the basin is empty.
