“I have done the cleaning cycle. I would assume the filter and water container would need to be dry and then I can put back together and use as purifier/fan?and leave humidifier off for nicer weather?”

Hi there, this is David with Dyson. As it relates to the Dyson Pure Humidify+Cool™, it would be important to note that the filter should never be wet, as it does not require washing. Instead, the filter would need to be replaced over time. Dyson Pure Humidify+Cool™ will also offer the option of using your machine in either the humidifier mode, or also the purifier mode without humidity.
