QuestionI am having trouble snapping the two parts together…the top and bottom parts don’t seem to snap in…I don’t want to break it trying to fit it in…Is there a trick to this?

- Answer Hi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. It sounds like you are referring to the initial machine assembly, in which the amplifier loop gets attached to the base of the machine. You should be able to just place the loop on top of the base, press down, and it will click in to place. QuestionWhat is the difference between models TP07 and TP02. A major difference I saw was I Oscillation degree and huge price increase

- Answer Size of the machine is much larger with tp07 and tp07 gives real-time data along with many more data readings rather than a vague color guidance. Best Buy only covers the non-internet-connected version of this machine, the TP17 (something like that). That one only shows results on the built-in screen, and can only be controlled on the unit or via the physical remote. It will not connect to the Dyson app.

QuestionWe are missing the remote control for this fan. When I press and hold the standby button, it doesn't do anything other than flash the WiFi signal. The WiFi is also not connecting. How can I change the temperature flow without the remote? Thank you.

QuestionWould this do a good job in a 2 bedroom apartment?

- Answer It depends on the size of the apartment. It covers 400 square feet of space. I would suggest treating one room at a time, then leave it on auto in the living room (or other location that needs attention).

- Answer Yes. It works as a fan too but the airflow is not as powerful. If you need a fan that blows forceful, powerful air this is not it. It does an excellent job cleaning the air though.

- Answer Yes, it has a filter. The system works well, however when it's time for a new filter, you can only get it from Dyson directly, and they are $75. As of today, I am still waiting to hear when I will receive it - they were out of stock and it was on back order. So...not thrilled right now.
