Q: QuestionI bought the Dyson Model: 305570-01 and when I got home discovered the seal tape has been tampered with and my remote was removed from the box. What is the best way to get a replacement remote opposed to my having to do a return? Magic

• A:Answer I’d think the best way would be to do a return. Dealing with Dyson customer service would be a lot more difficult.

• A:Answer Hello Michael, this is Kelly with Dyson. The Dyson Pure Cool Link and Pure Hot + Cool purifier fan will clean the air in any size room. The bigger the room, the longer the machine will take to purify it as there is more air in the atmosphere. For instance in a room of 139ft², the machine will purify the room in 25 min. The more windows and doors you have in a room, the longer it'll take to purify the air completely. The recommend room size for this machine is 400 sq. ft. Best wishes, Kelly Dyson Customer Support

Dyson products are designed specifically for the countries in which they are made for and sold in, and machines manufactured for the United States are designed solely for 110-120v electricity. It is because of this fact that we are unable to have the machine converted to meet the specific country electrical code and laws. In order to use the machine in a different country a power converter would be needed. However, we do not recommend using a converter, as the unit will not perform at the normal expected life of a Dyson product. If moving overseas, the best solution would be to purchase the machine in the country where you will reside. Best wishes, kelly Dyson Customer Support

You can use the machine for a short time, between filter changes, but we would not recommend long-term use of the air purifier without replacing the filter.
