• Yes it does. HP07 heats and cools, if you want heat, then HP07 is the way to go, if you only want a purifier or cool air, then TP07 is the one. Take notice that TP07 is taller though if that matters. HP07 is algo a bit more expensive since it has the heating

• Yes it does. The HP07 has a heat setting as well as cooling. The TP07 does not have heating.
