Heat on mine sucks seems like a mixture of warm & cool air
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I believe it would. This thing kicks out some heat. I think a couple of hours is all it would take. But it may not be the most efficient option as far as cost goes. I have it in a bedroom that is serviced by a 15 amp breaker, and the lighting in that room consists of 4 recessed led ceiling lights that only use about 11 watts each . When I turn on the Dyson on heat those lights dim for a moment. My guess is a 20 amp circuit would be smarter to have this plugged into if you were counting on that much heat from it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.A long time.. This is not meant for a garage which probably has air leaks. It's a soft gentle heat which is meant for an enclosed room in a home. Your best bet is to get an industrial space heater for a garage. Like the ones mechanics use in their auto shops. Measure your garage and buy appropriately.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. There really is not a specific way to determine how long it would take for the HP07 to warm a garage from 45-65 degrees. This will depend on the outside temperature, how often the garage door is open, etc. We generally only recommend using our technology in indoor spaces, but you can use it in a garage as long as there is nothing flammable nearby or no exposure to any outdoor elements.
