If by “rotate” you mean do a 360 while styling then no. However the airwrap attachments have arrows facing opposite of each other, now made easier to switch from doing hair in different directions with a single barrel; instead of having to switch barrels when moving on to doing the other side of your hair.

Does not rotate, uses air to suck the hair around the rod. Awesome product
