- Answer Hi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. Every Dyson Supersonic hairdryer will feature 3 precise speed settings: High – for fast drying and styling, Medium – for regular drying and Low – for diffusing. There are also 4 temperature settings: 212°F – fast drying and styling, 176°F – regular drying, 140°F – cooler drying and diffusing, and 82°F – constant cold. We hope this helps! - Answer No Item comes without any storage bag. Copper color only comes with the bag. In Mother’s Day or Chinese New Year dyson offers with red color or purple color ones which comes with additional accessories (I.e. stand or comb or storage bag)

- Answer Hello Petra, this is Kelly with Dyson. All Dyson machines sold in the US, are designed for use in US 110/120V outlets. The only way to obtain a Supersonic hair dryer with a European voltage cord, would be to make the purchase in Europe. Our hair dryers are unfortunately not dual-voltage. Dyson products are designed specifically for the countries in which they are made for and sold in, and machines manufactured for the United States are designed solely for 110-120v electricity. It is because of this fact that we are unable to have the machine converted to meet the specific country electrical code and laws. In order to use the machine in a different country a power converter would be needed. However, we do not recommend using a converter, as the unit will not perform at the normal expected life of a Dyson product. - Answer Yes you can plus a 220v appliances to a 110v outlet but it will not function well. On the other side, If you plug a 110v appliances to a 220v then it will go boom boom!

As always, we recommend consulting with your pet's veterinarian if there's any concerns of using heat over a particular temperature. - Answer I think what you're referring to is the power supply unit in the cord. Some products have it in the actual unit and don't need it to be in the cord. The dyson is very thin and light and has no room for this. Similar to some computers having a brick in the cord and some having it on the inside.
