Q: QuestionHi, I have removed the protective plastic over the hair dryer when I first started using it. However, I noticed that there are some plastic frills at the head near the metal ring and it start frilling more over time. Am I supposed to remove this film?

• A:Answer Yes remove all plastic. Area on the handle is where it takes in fresh air. Make sure you always twist the handle apart and keep the vent holes clean to prevent overheating.

They are not multi-voltage. Dyson machines sold in the U.S. are compatible with 110-120v. A power converter would be needed to use outside the U.S. which is not recommended.
