“I have a Dyson TP04 Air cleaner and I changed the both filters. There are two red lines at the bottom of the filter. What are these and should they move when the fillter is changed? They are still at the bottom”

Hi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. Your machine's screen as well as the Dyson Link App will alert you when it's time to change the filter in your TP04. You will want to reset filter life, when you do change the filter in your unit. Best wishes, Kelly Dyson Customer Support
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The filter indicator is just a countdown timer and needs to be reset at filter change. You can do it in the app or hold the power button on the remote for 6 seconds.
