“Is the V11Animal cord-free ok to use on Smart Strand carpet?”

• Hi Suzi, this is Kelly with Dyson. The Dyson V11 Animal cord-free features our torque drive cleanerhead, as well as three suction levels. There is a spinning brush bar in the cleaner head, so you may wish to check with your carpeting manufacturer to see what their recommendation is, in terms of suction and use of a brush bar.
