“I am having a real hard time getting the handle part off the stick in order to change attachments or empty the bin. I push the red button and have to fight in order to get it off and sometimes it won’t come off. Has this happened to anybody else?”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes that happens to me too. It is easier setting the bottom on the floor at a tilt, like when you vacuum to get it removed. It is all about the angle and the weight against the button. The less resistance, the easier it is.
