Call Dyson. I am pretty sure they'll send you a new battery free.

Please try again later.I would try leaving it plugged in for three hours without touching it then leave it off the charger for three hours then charge for three hours and give it a try. Make sure there is nothing caught in the dust dispenser and make sure it’s all cleaned out. If that doesn’t help I would bring it to the geek squad at your local Best Buy and have them look at it.
