Q: QuestionWhy won’t my V11 work? It shows full charge on unit, but nothing happens when I pull the trigger. The blue light on the charger comes on for a moment when I put it back on the charger but it does not stay on. Worked OK for six months. Now this!

• A:Answer I believe so if you have a breakdown, you can take it and get a new one. Now that is contingent on the V11 still being in stock at the store. I had the V10 and loved it for 4 years. Broke down in 2023, went to geek squad since I had protection. They did not have my vacuum at the store, had to order it online because the store had discontinued to sell it there, so keep that in mind.
