I believe so if you have a breakdown, you can take it and get a new one. Now that is contingent on the V11 still being in stock at the store. I had the V10 and loved it for 4 years. Broke down in 2023, went to geek squad since I had protection. They did not have my vacuum at the store, had to order it online because the store had discontinued to sell it there, so keep that in mind.
