• The head used for carpet is finicky. Unless you have the right pile carpet, the head will not work. I returned this vacuum hours after using it. I’m not sure how the attachments work for that model. I got the animal 3 in place of stick vacuum. The difference in quality of clean carpet is crazy. Hopefully you’re within your return window.

• The brush stop because the carpet might be too fluffy just turn it off and back on.
