“I purchased the Dyson V12 yesturday, A full battery dead in 16 minutes. Vacuuming carpet on the stairs, later on my room and today my daughters room. I take my time vacuuming in multiple directions, 30 minutes Ok, but 16? Is it me?”

Hello, this is Kelly with Dyson. The actual run time you will receive will vary based on power mode, dust level, floor type and the attachment/tool used. Dyson cord-free machines offer anywhere from 5-60 minutes of run time on a single battery charge.
