Be aware: this is a defective product. I am on my second one and it is failing also. I do not get any errors but it shuts off 1 second after starting it. After you convince a tech support representative that your vacuum cannot be fixed by any maintenance, they will tell you that they don't have parts to fix your problem. After a month they might tell you they can help you, but they will make you send them your vacuum and you will receive a replace in maybe a month or so after that. If you are lucky (unlike me), the replacement may work.
