If you’re talking about pet hair my dog’s hair is about three inches long and it works great at picking up. There is a lot of shedding and at times I may have to clean out the airways which can get clogged but easy to do. Also works well on my daughter’s hair just not as much of it but all ends up in the tank to be emptied.
