“How do you determine which of the 2 large heads to use in different situations? Is one for hard floor and one for carpet?”

• The fluffy head tends to make the vacuum bounce all over the place. On thick carpet, it shuts off the head as a safety. The larger carpet head tends to suck up battery power and I find isn't the greatest at medium to thick carpets.
