“What happens if I didn't charge the battery fully before using for the first time?”

• Hi Tanner, this is Kelly with Dyson. If you do not fully charge the battery prior to use, you may not get the best performance from the battery. As well, the display won't properly calibrate to show the correct remaining run time on the battery either. Best wishes, Kelly Dyson Customer Support
