The only difference is that the animal comes with 2 additional attachments. (Attachments that are good for picking up pet hair)

Both V7 Animal and Motorhead share the same run times and suction power. The cleaner head on both is also the same; it's a powerful direct-drive cleaner head to remove ground-in dirt from carpets.
