“I have "click" wood flooring in my new house. The material about the floor says not to use a vacuum with a beater bar. Do dyson vacuums have beater bars?”

We do have a soft roller head available for purchase which you can attach to the V7. The soft roller head was especially engineered for use on bare floors, so that would be ideal in your situation. The Absolute cord-free models come standard with two cleaner heads; one with a spinning brush bar, and the other is that soft roller.
