Is this vacuum good on thick carpet? null

The vacuum does well on carpet but if the cart is too thick or the threads in danger of wrapping around the brush head the vacuum will turn off. It has a safety feature that if something is obstructing the suction, the motor will stop so it does burn out.

Hi Daniel, this is Kelly with Dyson. The V7 Motorhead offers two suction modes for vacuuming any household mess. On thicker carpeting, you should be ok in the lower suction mode.
