• I'm unable to plug in the charger to my hanging Dyson vacuum because there's no outlet, so I fully charge mine only to store the charger in my utility drawer. Does it lose battery if it's not plugged in at all times as it sits idle?

• I have it hanging and plugged in for charging when not in use. That way it is always ready to use. I've never had the battery go dead.

• Hi there, this is Krystal with Dyson. The Dyson cordless can be left on the charger after each use. The charger will stop sending a charge once a full charge is received. It will not damage the machine to leave it on the charger. Best Wishes, Krystal Dyson Customer Service
