“I can not figure out how to hook the charger to the wall unit. I can plug directly into the vac but then it won't fit in the wall unit. can you send me photo or explanation. thank you”

There is a tunnel on the back you push it into and then feed it through the top flap. Pull through and then push back up into it6s slot until it clicks.

You should have received a booklet with the dock that shows how the charger threads behind the dock to lie flush against your wall.
