“Even thought I didn’t use the full charge and vacuumed for maybe 15-20 minutes can I plug it in to charge and keep it plugged in? Will it shorten the battery life?”

• Hi there, this is Krystal with Dyson. The Dyson line of cordless is designed to be left on the charger while not in use. Once fully charged, the charger will stop sending a charge. Best Wishes, Krystal Dyson Customer Support

• It's fine to place it back and forth on the charger. We do it all the time. You don't have to run out the battery.
