“Can you charge it laying down if you don’t have the time to bolt the dock on the wall? Will this damage it?”

• Hi Christy, this is Kelly with Dyson. You can store/charge the Dyson V7 Motorhead in a few different ways. You do not have to use the included wall dock - that's optional and the machine will not receive a charge from the dock alone. When mounted to the wall, the charger cable will thread behind the dock, so one end is plugged in to your wall outlet, and the other end is making contact with the machine. You can just plug the charger right in to the machine to charge it. Best wishes, Kelly Dyson Customer Support
