Hi there, this is Krystal with Dyson. Thank you for your interest in the Dyson V7 Motorhead. The tools for the V6 are interchangeable with the V7. Most tools from the Dyson DC50 will work with the V7. However, most upright tools are designed for use with just uprights and canister models. Best Wishes, Krystal Dyson Customer Service
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't know what a dc50 is but we have a 2 year old second Dyson. I found out that there are two types of connectors the hard way. If your lock button is on the attachment itself, then yes they should work. If the lock button is on the hose/wand, then they won't be comparable.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It's comes with crevice tool and dust head plus the beater bar. We have a dc41 and those attachments aren't compatible. I'm not familiar with the dc50 so I hoped this helps.
