“How do you operate the Dyson v7 without the Motorhead turning”

Hello there, this Kelly with Dyson. The Dyson V7 Motorhead cordless, along with all of our cord-free models, does not have the ability to turn off the brush bar from spinning. The only models we carry where it can be completely turned off, are the corded upright models. We do carry a soft-roller cleaner head, which is compatible with the V7 Motorhead, that would be suited for hard flooring. Best wishes, Kelly Dyson Customer Support
