“Why’s my soft cleanerhead difference from the video? On the video it has 2 brush bars 1 small and 1 big but my has only 1 big brush bars!”

• I have the same issue, received the “new”/improved” brushhead. I can tell you from experience having used both, the older one with the 2nd roller functions FAR better than the one without. The new one shoots debris out the back, as if I was running a regular brush roller head made for carpets on the hard floors. I also didn’t receive the yellow tubing either, I got some strange dark color.

• HI there, this is Krystal with Dyson. The soft roller cleaner head was recently redesigned. You have the newest design. It was redesigned without the 2nd roller as it was determined the 2nd roller makes no difference in performance and has no added value. Best Wishes, Krystal Dyson Customer Service
