V12 and v8 absolute come with 2 roller heads, one is for hardwood floors. You can also buy soft roller head separately at Dyson. It can be attached to almost any other Dyson stick vacuums, just ask them to demonstrate it. They currently have 2 soft roller head options which you can purchase separately.
