“I have lost the charger to my Dyson V6. i cannot find an adapter tip that works, I don't know the adapter size. I did come across an adapter that fits but what Voltage do I place it on? The 7V, 9V, 12v? can't order online. need compatible generic”

Hello there, this is Kelly with Dyson. I'm sorry to hear that you've lost the charger to your Dyson V6. Most retailers that carry Dyson vacuums may carry replacement parts; and we also carry replacement chargers at Dyson. We don't recommend using an adaptor in conjunction with your Dyson, as Dyson machines are only intended for use in 110/120V outlets. Best wishes, Kelly Dyson Customer Support
